1. Select Chat Bubble, located on lower right of screen.
2.Select Get Facebook Username ID on the bottom and log into your facebook account
3. Enter Existing Facebook Logon and Password to get Facebook Username ID.
4. Once you have your Facebook ID, enter email , Facebook ID and Facebook password in the Client Chat screen. NOTE if Facebook username is not yet selected you must choose check availability and select a facebook username. You may have to log into Facebook on your pc to verify your identity to begin using Chat.
5. Select your Preferred language, this will be your speaking language and text from other users be read to you in this language as well.
6. Press connect; Your contacts will load momentarily.
7. Select contact and select the talk button. Hit the Stop button when done and you will see the text you just spoke.
8. Select the Translate button in upper right corner to translate and hit the Send text button to send the translated text.
9. You can NOW Speak outgoing messages and Hear incoming messages with someone who does not speak your language! To listen to the incoming message again simply tap the message text.
10. If you are speaking to someone who is on Facebook Chat PC client, (Not a SpeechTrans User) Press the Back Button then the Gear in the contactlist on the top right corner and turn Translate on Receive ON.
11. OPTIONAL If you are talking to another SpeechTrans iPhone user, press the Gear in the contact list and turn Translate on Receive OFF
12. OPTIONAL To Change the Preferred language for TTS (Text to Speech) Press the Gear in the contact list and select TTS language. OPTIONAL To change the preferred language for ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition Press the Gear in the contact list upper right corner and select the ASR language. OPTIONAL To have your speech automatically translated press the Gear in upper right corner of the contact list and select Auto translate to on. OPTIONAL To translate a different language combination Press Close and Back to select from the language picker.
